ISECP PROCESS

ISECP was founded in 1977 as a joint Canadian-American project to explore what grace is in a working group of people. Using the matrix of Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, ISECP members have met twice each year to explore and articulate spiritual-psychological interfaces, group process and structure, and the challenge of groups face with working together and making decisions.

ISECP is a grace, an art, and an approach that articulates and integrates the decision-making spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola, contemporary developments in theology, psychology, and sound organizational effectiviness to increase the organization and development of decision-making groups.

Individually, ISECP members continue to help small groups explore their mission, apostolate and deep story, develop their goal and objectives; and plan just structures that foster quality decisions and collaborative spirit.
